Keval Shah performs extensively as a song accompanist and his recital schedule has taken him across the UK and Europe including the Danish National Centre of the Performing Arts  and the Aldeburgh, Edinburgh, Oxford Lieder and Leeds Lieder Festivals. Recent competition successes include awards at the Elena Gerhardt Lieder

Prize and the Rex Stephens/Joan Chissell Schumann Lieder Prize as well as winning the Oxford Lieder Young Artist Platform with regular duo partner Michael Mofidian.

Engagements in the 2017/18 season include performances of Wolf’s complete Mörike Lieder and Italienisches Liederbuch and debut recitals at the Wigmore Hall and St John’s Smith Square.

Keval graduated from Trinity Hall, Cambridge in 2015 with double-first class honours and all the major music prizes before reading for a Master’s degree at the Royal  Academy of Music in London. He is now a fellow of the Royal Academy and continues to study with Michael Dussek, Malcolm Martineau and Audrey Hyland. He is a Britten Pears Young Artist and an Oxford Lieder Young Artist and is a member of the Academy’s prestigious Song Circle with whom he has given recitals for the Park Lane Group and the Austrian Cultural Forum.
